Rates
Prices are listed with individual cottage descriptions.
Prices are quoted for Peak Season which runs from the Victoria Day weekend (May 24) to Labour Day, inclusive.
Shoulder season and off season rates are also available.
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
GST 5% PST 8% AHRT 2%
Payment can be made by cheque or cash only.
No charge services available.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is usually after 2:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
At the time of booking, arrival and departure times will be confirmed.

Booking and Deposit
Advance booking is required.
Summer dates are often booked one year in advance.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due and payable at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be given in writing and will be subject to a cancellation charge of $25.00.
Advance notice of cancellation required for a full deposit refund (-$25.00)
Peak Season (Victoria Day – Labour Day) – Cancellation must be received by June 1.
Shoulder Season/Off Season – Cancellation with 20 days' notice.

Cancellation with less than required notice will result in forfeiture of deposit
Upon cancellation we will attempt to re-book your cottage with another guest, in which case your deposit may be refunded (-$25.00) for those days booked.

Cleaning and Care Policy
There is no smoking in any Cape Scott – Winter Harbour Cottage.
It is expected that cottages will be left in the condition which they were found. Dishes and kitchenware should be cleaned and returned to cupboards.
Pets are only allowed with direct permission of the managers.

A friendly, considerate atmosphere is valued on Cape Scott – Winter Harbour Cottage property. The managers reserve the right to refuse or terminate accommodation to anyone they feel has acted in an inappropriate or offensive manner.
